List Of Crimes Involving Moral Turpitude (CIMTs)

Before you read the list below that explains all the offences here is some information about what everything means. CIMT stands for "crimes involving moral turpitude". This is the deciding factor for whether or not a person will be allowed to enter the United States. The offence type which can be indicated (I), summary (S), or hybrid (H). If an offence is hybrid, it means that the judge can either indict the person or give them a lesser, summary sentence. Under CIMT column NL means Not Listed and S means Split. Note - legislation changes from time to time so this information might not be fully up-to-date.
